Cut meat, fruits and vegetables with different chopping boards

Why have so many pieces chopping board?
Because want to chop raw meat, cooked meat, fruits and vegetables separately. Chopping boards for different purposes should be easily identifiable, such as different shapes or to tie up with different colors of nylon rope to show the difference, or glass cutting board to cut fruits and vegetables, a wooden cutting board to cut meat.
If only one cutting board after cutting raw meat, wash out dirt and pour with boiling water before we used to cut fruits and vegetables or cooked meat to avoid raw meat pieces stick on the cooked meat or vegetables and lead to food poisoning. Scrub the knife clean and then pour the knife’s surface with boiling water for disinfection. Knife disinfected before using it to cut fruits and vegetables.

Vacuum bottles to prevent pollution

Some frozen foods such as frozen mixed vegetables, frozen scallops, etc., the housewives buy a big bag for home, but may not a one-off run, the remaining material, most people only use a dish and then wrapped it with plastic wrap. In fact, this is not enough, frozen food after thawing, and then stored in the refrigerator, because of difference temperature, and hand contact, may susceptible to contamination and deterioration. Meat is easy to breed bacteria, perishable, when wrapped with plastic wrap bacteria in the hands easily stains in the meat surface, refrigerate the meat, but the meat may have been contaminated. To avoid contamination of these foods thaw, classified and divided it and put in a vacuum bottle, and then into the refrigerator.

Bacteria will take advantage of thawing frozen food at room temperature,  switch to microwave thaw function will be more appropriate than the natural thawing.

切肉类、蔬果用不同的砧板

为何要有几块砧板这样多?
皆因要将生肉、熟肉、蔬果分开处理。不同用途的砧板要容易辨认,例如形状不同,或绑不同颜色的尼龙绳,以示区别,或用玻璃砧板切蔬果。用木砧板处理肉类。
如果只用一块砧板,在切完生肉后,要用沸水渌过砧板沖洗污物,才再用来切蔬果或熟肉,以免生肉的肉碎沾在熟肉或蔬果上,导致食物中毒。将菜刀刷洗干净,再用热水渌洗刀的表面以作消毒。菜刀消毒,才用它来切蔬果。

真空瓶盛食物防污染

一些冷藏食品,如雪藏杂菜、雪藏带子等,主妇们一大包一大包的买回家,未必一次过用完,剩下来的物资,一般人只用碟子盛着再包保鲜纸,其实这是不够的,皆因冷藏食品在解冻后,再存放回雪柜内,由于温度不同,又用手接触过,容易受到污染而变坏。绞肉容易滋生细菌,易变坏,用保鲜纸包裹时,手上的细菌易沾到肉面上,将绞肉放入雪柜冷藏时,绞肉可能已受染污。要避免这些解冻食品受到污染,应将其分类放进真空瓶子中,再放进雪柜。
在室温中将冷藏食品解冻,亦会令细菌有机可乘,改用微波的解冻功能会比自然解冻更妥当。

盐水洗鱼、越洗越多菌。

在清洗食物过程中,用盐水洗刷未必胜过用清水。

尤其在鱼类表面附着的弧菌肠炎菌,这种菌喜欢在盐水中活动,用盐水洗刷,只会令这些菌更活跃。处理内脏时,用水喉水冲洗鱼身和鱼肚,可将细菌冲走。

给小朋友吃鸡肉时,要确保鸡肉已经全熟,小孩吃下未煮熟的鸡肉,会危害健康。

婴儿食品开后要速食

营养丰富的婴儿菜及营养奶等,开罐后一小时已成细菌繁殖的温床,所以当食物一煮好,及罐头食物一开封后,便应尽快给孩子食,勿在空气中存放太久。要留意时间,以免小朋友吃后不适。

若孩子吃得慢,当妈妈发觉食物凉了,可即时加热,再喂给孩子吃。婴儿菜要用间接加热方法,即用热水浸座加热。

Children eat raw fish easily get infected.

Raw fish, meat, vegetables & etc, even how clean and thoroughly rinse may not be eat for children. Cause of food poisoning is because of food is not cooked thoroughly.

Mentioned here is when the food cooked for sometime, reheat before eating. If a soup placed in kitchen for three days, and there has been deterioration of meat, how even after heating, it is difficult to kill Bacteria off.

Microwave radiation, they can not completely kill the bacteria, the food must be heated in boiling water or completing the heating process.

Should not let children eat raw tomatoes.

Eating raw vegetables at the same time, will also eat a lot of harmful bacteria.

Children eat raw fish may easily been infected.

Cook food thoroughly is essential to prevent food poisoning.

小朋友吃生鱼易染病

鱼生及未经煮熟的生肉,生菜等,就算冲洗得如何干净彻底,也不应给孩子吃。食物中毒的原因都离不开未熟透的食物,彻底加热是防中毒的必杀技。

这里所说的,是指当食物煮好后不久,再翻吃前必须再加热的步骤,若将一锅汤放在厨房三天,锅里肉类已变坏,之后就算如何加热,也难将细菌驱走。

微波炉的放射线,亦不能彻底杀灭细菌,必须让食物在沸水中加热至沸腾状态才算完成加热程序。

不宜让小孩生吃番茄。

吃生菜的同时,亦会吃下大量有害细菌。

小孩生吃鱼生易染病。

将食物彻底煮熟,是防止食物中毒的基本,才能吃得健康。

Mother’s mouth is a hotbed of bacteria

Mother must give baby eat fresh food, should focus on conservation and the process for the food.

Some mothers chew the food before feeding their baby, this is actually a very dangerous action, because the bacteria in adult mouth may cause food poisoning to the baby, Caution!
Babies eat canned food regularly, will reduce the ability to resist bacterial invasion.

Drink fresh orange juice, delicious and can absorb the benefits of vitamins, against bacterial invasion.

Mother tear food by mouth, and then feed the baby, this is very unhygienic and will pass the mouth’s bacteria to the baby.

Mother feeding baby porridge, always blow cold porridge by mouth, this will stick in the dirty items into the porridge, unhealthy.

Children often pick up food from ground and eat, this may eat in the harmful bacteria, easy to get sick.

妈妈的口是细菌温床

宝宝的胃仍未发育成熟,身体抵抗力弱,就算只吃进少量细菌,都会引发各种不同症状。

妈妈必须给宝宝吃新鲜食物,在保存及处理过程也要注重卫生。

有些妈妈会将食物嘴嚼后才喂哺宝宝,其实这是一个十分危险的动作,因为成年人口中的细菌,可能会引致宝宝食物中毒,切戒!

婴儿常食罐头食品,会减低抗拒细菌入侵能力。

喝鲜橙汁,美味又能吸收多种维他命的益处,对付细菌侵袭。

妈妈用口撕开食物,然后喂宝宝,这样极不合卫生,又会把口中细菌传给宝宝。

妈妈喂宝宝吃粥时,将粥放入口中吹凉,会令不洁物品沾在粥上,并不卫生。

小朋友经常会捡掉在地上的食物吃,这样会吃下有害细菌,易生病。

In the cooking and before eating, should ensure food & utensils are clean. Before meal much wash hand with soap at least one minute for the baby because the baby has his hands food habits, it is necessary to keep the baby hands clean to avoid disease from the mouth.

After changing diapers for the baby, mother & baby must wash their hands, to prevent fecal contamination the food.

Food bacteria can invade the body from the person’s wounds, if a wound has to be properly packed, and avoid contact the wound to the food. 

Breast milk after cold storage, such as not drinking over a week, it should be discarded to avoid falling into bad.

Clean the food, eat fruit with skin (such as apples) must be clean too.

在煮食及进食前,都要确保食物、食具清洁。在进餐前用肥皂为宝宝洗手至少一分钟,因为宝宝有用手取食物的习惯,所以必须保持宝宝双手清洁,以免病从口入。

为宝宝换尿片后,妈妈必须为自己及宝宝洗手,以免粪便中的大肠杆菌有机会沾污食物。

食物上的细菌,可以从人的伤口入侵身体,如果身上有伤口,必须妥为包扎,同时避免伤口接触到食物。

母乳冷藏后,如过了一星期仍未饮用,应该弃掉,以防母乳日久变坏。

食物要洗干净,连皮吃的水果(如苹果)更要洗干净。
